Please note: You can only access the purchase of punch cards when logged into the therapist booking system. Please see the login button at the top right corner of the therapist booking system. The punch card must be used within a year; unused punches are not refunded and cannot be transferred to third parties.

When you enter your payment information, payment is not made immediately, but only in connection with the session.

Remember! Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session, and the system will not charge you - after that, full payment will be charged.

How do I pay?

You can pay via MobilePay or the payment module linked to the booking system. All sessions are paid in advance.

Please note: For discounted purchases, the full amount is paid before the start.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund. After that, the amount will not be refunded.

Unused sessions from prepaid packages are not refunded and, unless otherwise agreed, cannot be transferred to a third party. The punch åprepaid package is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
